Do we need a technical brief?
No. Start with the business process, the decision you need to support or the problem you want to address. We can help define the technical requirements.
What happens during the first call?
We discuss your priorities, current systems and constraints, then consider possible next steps. The introductory call lasts 30 minutes and is free.
Will we need to replace our systems?
Not necessarily. We first assess what you already use and where integration or a targeted change could address the requirement.
How are projects priced?
Development work is usually scoped for a fixed fee. Advisory and support can be agreed on an hourly basis. Scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
