Privacy notice

Your information. Your choices.

How DPD Advisory handles website enquiries, consultation bookings and website visits.

Who is responsible

Dimitrios Pastras, operating as DPD Advisory, is responsible for the personal information described here. Address: Kalliga 3, Athens, Greece. For privacy requests, use our enquiry form, write to this address or call +30 210 6420 457. Please identify your message as a privacy request.

Enquiries and consultations

We use your name, email address, message and selected language to respond to your enquiry. Booking information includes the contact details and appointment you provide through Cal.com. We process requests for our services to take steps towards a contract at your request. For other business enquiries, our legitimate interest is to answer correspondence and manage professional relationships. Required form fields let us respond; without them the form cannot send. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents. We do not use enquiries for automated decisions or unsolicited marketing.

Website operation and service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. We use this information for our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Formspree delivers enquiries to our Gmail inbox. Cal.com manages appointments; connected calendar services may process availability and invitations. These providers process information under their respective terms and privacy notices; processing may occur outside Greece and the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about the applicable transfer safeguards and how to obtain a copy. External websites have their own privacy arrangements.

How long we keep information

For enquiries that do not become client engagements, we keep correspondence and associated consultation records for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then delete them from records we control. Test enquiries are removed after verification. If you become a client, we explain the retention arrangements for the engagement separately. Information may be retained where necessary to meet a legal obligation or handle a legal claim. Providers may retain technical logs and backup copies under their own retention arrangements.

Cookies and analytics

Visitor analytics and advertising tracking are disabled. Fonts and media are served with the site. Cookie settings store your preference in your browser; accepting optional analytics currently does not enable tracking. The protected review site additionally uses Cloudflare Access authentication. Booking on Cal.com and visiting other external services may involve their own cookies.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, and portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr. Contact us using the details above to exercise your rights or ask about this notice. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
